The story

Somewhere along the way, journals became something else: more inputs, more prompts, more AI, more streaks to keep, all on the theory that capturing more means more meaning. Hexis is the opposite. The name

Hexis (ἕξις) is an ancient Greek word for the steady disposition formed by repeated practice. Not a single act, but the character that many small acts quietly build. It is the whole idea of the app in one word.
